Classes at HealthWorks

HealthWorks offers a variety of different classes to meet your fitness needs. The classes are led by our experienced trainers who offer expertise in a variety of programs from the beginner to the seasoned athlete.

Boot Camp:

Fitness boot camp is type of indoor/outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. This class pushes participants harder than they would push themselves and, in that way, resembles a boot.

CrossFit is a training program that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a hardcore, yet accepting and encouraging environment. With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning. CrossFit contends that a person is as fit as they are proficient in each of ten general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.

Fit and Well:

Fit and Well is designed to inspire and challenge you to meet your fitness goals! From a beginner low impact class to a more high-energy workout. Each class for all fitness levels. 30 minutes in duration.

Group Fitness Center Classes:

Les Mills:

Various group fitness work-outs; BodyFlow, BodyJam, BodyStep, BodyPump, BodyCombat, CxWorkx and RPM, Sprint, Sh'Bam.

  • BodyFlow: Body Flow is a yoga, tai chi, and pilates inspired workout leaving you long, strong, calm and centered.  Feel balanced. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.55 minutes in duration.   • BodyJam: The ultimate combination of music, dance, and exercise. You'll be so busy dancing you might not even notice you how great a workout you had or how many calories you burned. 55 minutes in duration. All fitness levels.
  • BodyStep: Body Step is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive.  Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear followed by muscle-conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.  60 minutes in duration.  All fitness levels.
  • BodyPump: Body Pump is a pre-choreographed workout using barbells with adjustable weights. This class can strengthen, condition, tone and define muscles like nothing else can! Ideal for beginners to experienced exercisers. 60 minutes in duration.
  • BodyCombat: This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, and Tai Chi ...Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. 60 minutes.
  • CxWorx: Based on cutting-edge scientific research, this program is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and “slings’ connecting the upper and lower body, this workout will leave you looking good and feeling strong.  40 minutes.
  • RPM: A brand of HIIT riding using a quick warm-up, then hitting the hardest tracks, and ending with the recovery track. A 30 minute class designed to maximize the impact of your exercise minutes.
  • Sprint: A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact.
  • Sh'Bam: A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. Even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

Cardio Blast:

With this work-out, the fun is back! It consists of classic hi/lo floor aerobics that are easy to learn but that will push your physical and cardio skills to the maximum level. Designed to burn body fat, break through fitness plateaus, and increase your overall aerobic capacity. You’ll push your cardiovascular limits. Come experience the energy! All fitness levels. 30 minutes in duration.

Basic Step:

Basic Step is a beginner aerobics step class using a flat mat or bench that offers a fun and effective workout with a variety of simple step moves. An organized series of movements and sustained postures, synchronizing through mental focus, physical action, and breathing. Focus is on the beginning Yoga student to provide basics skills and movement patterns to build strength, balance, and coordination. All fitness levels. 60 minutes.


A high intesity, constantly varied, cardio boot camp class that will raise your metabolism to new levels.

Total Body Sculpt:

Want to get a full body workout in - toning and cardio? Then this is the class for you! Get your day started with an energetic workout including strength, cardio and core all in one workout. 30-45 minutes in duration.


ZUMBA combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves. ZUMBA fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and east to follow dance moves to create a dynamic fitness program. This workout is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a "feel-happy" workout… get ready to sweat!
