HealthWorks offers a variety of different classes to meet your fitness needs. The classes are led by our experienced trainers who offer expertise in a variety of programs from the beginner to the seasoned athlete.

Boot Camp:

Fitness boot camp is type of indoor/outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. This class pushes participants harder than they would push themselves and, in that way, resembles a boot.

Fit and Well:

Fit and Well is designed to inspire and challenge you to meet your fitness goals! From a beginner low impact class to a more high-energy workout. Each class for all fitness levels. 30 minutes in duration.

Les Mills:

Various group fitness work-outs; BodyFlow, BodyJam, BodyStep, BodyPump, BodyCombat, CxWorkx, GRIT, and RPM, Sprint, Sh'Bam.

  • BodyFlow: Body Flow is a yoga, tai chi, and pilates inspired workout leaving you long, strong, calm and centered.  Feel balanced. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.55 minutes in duration. All fitness levels.
  • BodyJam: The ultimate combination of music, dance, and exercise. You'll be so busy dancing you might not even notice you how great a workout you had or how many calories you burned. 55 minutes in duration. All fitness levels.
  • BodyStep: Body Step is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive.  Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear followed by muscle-conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.  60 minutes in duration.  All fitness levels.
  • BodyPump: Body Pump is a pre-choreographed workout using barbells with adjustable weights. This class can strengthen, condition, tone and define muscles like nothing else can! Ideal for beginners to experienced exercisers. 60 minutes in duration.
  • BodyCombat: This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, and Tai Chi ...Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. 60 minutes.
  • CxWorx: Based on cutting-edge scientific research, this program is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, oblique’s and “slings’ connecting the upper and lower body, this workout will leave you looking good and feeling strong.  40 minutes.
  • GRIT Cardio:  Is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn.  This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.  30 minutes duration
  • GRIT PLYO: is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete.  This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercise with agility training to increase explosiveness and build a lean and athletic body.  30 minutes duration.
  • GRIT Strength: is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.  This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle group.  30 minute duration.
  • RPM: A brand of HIIT riding using a quick warm-up, then hitting the hardest tracks, and ending with the recovery track. A 30 minute class designed to maximize the impact of your exercise minutes.
  • Sprint: A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact.
  • Sh'Bam: A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. Even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

ButI Yoga:

Is a movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts and deep core conditioning.   

Dance Fusion:

Combines a variety of musical dance styles with elements from more than one tradition, Zumba, Jazz, Rock, African Dance, and more.  This class will get your heart rate up while you having fun dancing off the calories.  New and beginner exercisers are welcome.  30-40 minute duration.

Tai-Chi/Stretch:

Tai Chi increases flexibility helps improve and maintain balance improves muscle strength, conditioning helps boost heart health, lowers anxiety, helps depression improve focus.  Stretching enhances muscular coordination, improves posture, reduces stress and can improves your mood.
