About Sima Banerjee, MD

As an interventional radiologist, Dr. Banerjee brings a wealth of knowledge to this position. Interventional radiology is a medical sub-specialty of radiology utilizing minimally-invasive image-guided procedures to diagnose and treat diseases in nearly every organ system.

Dr. Banerjee completed her medical degree at King's College London School of Medicine, London. She completed her radiology residency training at Emory University, Atlanta, GA, followed by fellowship training in interventional radiology at University of Alabama Hospital, Birmingham, AL.

Dr. Banerjee is Board Certified in Diagnostic and Vascular Interventional Radiology.
