Jonathan McGuire

Chief Compliance Officer

As Phoebe’s Chief Compliance Officer, Jonathan McGuire partners with operators system-wide to identify and mitigate regulatory risk. Jonathan has been with Phoebe since 2011, starting in the PPMH Clinical Research Department before transitioning to the Compliance Department where, since 2014, he has continuously taken on new responsibilities demonstrating growth in leadership and subject matter complexity.

Immediately before being promoted to Chief Compliance Officer, he served as Corporate Director and Privacy Officer. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Georgia Southern University and his MBA from Georgia Southwestern University. He is Certified in both Healthcare Compliance and Healthcare Privacy Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association and holds a professional medical coding certification by the American Academy of Professional Coders.

An Albany native, Jonathan is involved in various civic and religious activities throughout the community. He enjoys getting outside and traveling to places both new and familiar with family and friends.
