Inside Phoebe - Nurse-Family Partnership

Phoebe is home to one of only two Nurse-Family Partnership programs in the state of Georgia. Our goal is to help improve the lives of families, especially those who may be at high risk for health disparities. Phoebe nurses spend two years -- before and after a baby's delivery -- working closely with families to ensure they have the support, education and healthcare they need.
