- Fetal stent placement
- Intrauterine transfusion
- Fetal echocardiogram
On an inpatient basis Maternal Fetal Medicine deals with premature labor and rupture of membranes cases, preeclampsia, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, cervical incompetency, complicated obstetrics as well as critical care.
Dr. Michael Edwards, Maternal Fetal Medicine Department director at Phoebe also does many deliveries for mothers within Phoebe’s 22-county perinatal region.
