What is My Phoebe Family, and what does it include?
My Phoebe Family is an avenue for employees to view and access information for them. There are links to Wellness initatives, learning programs, Zoho (the internal communication tool for the Health System) and much more.

Why is My Phoebe Family important?
My Phoebe Family is important because our employees are important. We know our employees are busy during and after work hours, so we want to make it as easy as possible for our employees to find the information and benefits available to them.

What is Zoho Connect?
Zoho Connect is our new internal communications platform where you can connect with colleagues and learn about all the great opportunities, events, and conversations happening within Phoebe. All Employees have access to Zoho Connect online, as well as by downloading the app to their phone. Mass emails will only be sent regarding time sensitive information, but those messages will also be shared through Zoho, so keeping up-to-date is easier and all in one place!

How do I get started with Zoho Connect?
Logging in: To make it easy to join, all employees were automatically added to our network, so you should have received an e-mail inviting you to join Zoho Connect. (Check your junk mail if you don’t see it in your inbox.) This e-mail will help you set up your account. We recommend downloading the app on your mobile phone for easy access to your Zoho Account.

What are the top 5 things I should do right now in Zoho?

  • Accept our invitation: When you receive the invitation e-mail from Zoho Connect, “accept” the invite – it will direct you to enter your full name and set up a password. You will log into Zoho with your Phoebe e-mail address and chosen password.
  • Set up your profile: Once you enter Zoho, click on the top right corner profile picture to edit your profile. Add a profile picture, your most appropriate job title and department(s), location and a brief bio if you’d like!
  • Join a Group: In the left navigation, select “groups.” Within “public groups” join any groups that are applicable or interesting to you.
  • Find your friends: By searching for a user in the upper search bar, you can follow your coworkers and department heads to stay up to date on their posts or announcements.
  • Explore!: You will be able to post events, polls, announcements and questions – take a look at all of the features available to you within the tool. (Remember, a post on the main page will need to be approved by an administrator before it is public.)
