Acute Care Walk-in Clinic
The Acute Care Walk-in Clinic is a great resource for employees. We offer access to quick, convenient, affordable, high-quality health care. There is no need to schedule an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner. Patients will be seen promptly in the order that they arrive.
If you need follow-up care, you may be referred to other providers or specialists. If your situation is life-threatening, please go directly to the Emergency Center.
Who is eligible for care?
All Phoebe employees, Phoebe employee spouses and dependants (age 8+ regardless of insurance coverage). Phoebe volunteers are welcome to take advantage of the Acute Care Clinic with appropriate charges applied.
Services include:
- Upper respiratory infections
- Urinary tract infections
- GI illness
- Cold or Flu-like symptoms
- Flu swab
- Strep swab
- COVID-19 swab
- Suture/staple removal
- Minor sprains/strains
- Abscess I&D
- Rash or other skin irritations
- Sports physicals
- Lab draws
- Insect/animal bites
- Vaccines
Payment
Services of the Acute Care Walk-in Clinic are provided for a base fee of only:
- $25 / Sick Visit
- $35 / Sports Physical
If additional services are needed, below is the standard rate:
- $5 / Swabs
- $10 / Urinalysis
Services are not filed on your insurance. However, you may file claims on your insurance for services such as x-rays or lab tests ordered. Payments may be made through payroll deduction or with cash, check, credit/debit card. Vaccinations and check-ups required by Phoebe are provided at no charge.
