Terrie has been teaching group fitness classes for 24 years with a variety of certifications that include: Step, Bootcamp, Spinning, Les Mills Body Pump and RPM.  She is currently teaching a hybrid format of Tai Chi and Stretch that is guaranteed to help you feel energized and get you ready to start your workout and your day.
