GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTORS

 

Jacki Atkins

Jacki Atkins is a certified public accountant during normal working hours.  When not crunching numbers, she enjoys coaching group fitness classes at Phoebe Healthworks.   She’s been teaching fitness classes since 2002 with current certifications in Les Mills Bodyflow, RPM, SPRINT and Bodystep.  She’s  also a Star 3 Spinning Instructor.  When not at the gym, she and her husband enjoys hiking, cycling, cruising on his Harley Davidson, walking their dog, Suka, playing with our grandchildren, and spending time with family and friends.

Her fitness philosophy is “Find an activity you love and you’re more likely to stick with it the rest of your life!”  Recently, she’s added another “If not today, then when?”  That one’s for all procrastinators!
