About Andrew Cross, MD

Dr. Andrew Cross brings a wealth of cardiovascular knowledge and experience. While Dr. Cross spent much of his career as an interventional cardiologist, he chooses to now focus on general cardiology and serves patients in our Albany-based cardiology practice.

Dr. Cross earned his medical degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. He completed an internal medicine residency at Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine, Norfolk, Va., and his cardiology fellowship at Duke University Medical Centre, Durham, N.C.

Dr. Cross is board certified and has held hospital appointments in Tennessee, Virginia, Kentucky and Georgia. He is published and has held academic appointments at East Tennessee University and University of Kentucky.
