State-of-the-Art Comprehensive Inpatient Oncology Care in Albany, Georgia

Phoebe Cancer Center’s 35-bed inpatient oncology unit, located on the seventh floor, provides state-of-the-art comprehensive care in Albany, Georgia.

Special features on the seventh floor are provided for family caregivers, making it more convenient for them to spend as much time with patients as they wish.

A kitchen is available, as is a learning center with books and tapes to allow patients and family members to learn more about how to deal with cancer.

Certified Oncology Nurses in Southwest Georgia

This unit is staffed by specially trained nurses dedicated to providing for the unique needs of our oncology patients. All staff registered nurses are certified to administer chemotherapy and more than half are certified nationally by the Oncology Nursing Society.
