Stacey Barbee

Director of Business & Clinic Operations

Stacey Barbee is the Director of Business & Clinic Operations. She joined the Phoebe Family in 2004 after 11 years in private medical practice management. She has strategically planned and implemented both short-term and long-term growth aimed at optimal patient centered healthcare within our rural communities.

As operations director, Stacey interacts with each department bridging the gap between what has been done and what needs to be accomplished. With her leadership abilities, she excels with all levels of organization, leads by example, builds diverse and high performing teams.

Stacey has long been regarded as the expert on Critical Access and Rural Healthcare within the health system and has served as the Georgia Rural Health Association Board of Directors President. She earned her bachelor’s in business administration from Georgia Southwestern University. Stacey and her husband, Brian, have four children.
