William Fricks, MD

Chief Medical Information Officer

 

Dr. Fricks is the Chief Medical Information Officer for Phoebe Physicians and the Phoebe Family Medicine Residency program director. He received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary in 1993 and went on to pursue his master's degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1996 and his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2000. He received his residency training here at the Phoebe Family Medicine Residency, where he was also chief resident in 2002-2003.

Dr. Fricks joined the Phoebe Family Medicine Residency program as a faculty member after completing his residency in 2003. He has appointments as Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia and Mercer University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and running.
