Jonathan McGuire is a native and current resident of Albany, Georgia. He studied Biology at Georgia Southern University and then went on to earn his MBA from Georgia Southwestern State University.

Jonathan has been with Phoebe Putney Health System, Inc. since 2011. Before transitioning to the Compliance and Ethics Department in 2014 he was the Clinical Research manager and maintains his Certified Clinical Research Coordinator credential from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.

Jonathan currently serves as Privacy Officer and Director of Compliance and Ethics for Phoebe and holds certifications in Health Care Compliance, Health Care Privacy Compliance, and is a Certified Professional Coder.

Jonathan is the board chairman of the local non-profit SoloHope.

Phoebe does not currently conduct or support studies involving prisoners, pregnant women, human fetuses or neonates.
