Chief Experience & Marketing Officer

Jessica Castle is Chief Experience and Marketing Officer for Phoebe Putney Health System. Jessica and her team are tasked with helping elevate patient experiences across the system, working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new programs that create positive experiences at every point in the patient journey. In her more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Jessica has developed a deep understanding of the depth and complexities of patient experience and has led major brand storytelling efforts including the successful development and deployment of two system-wide rebranding campaigns. Prior to joining Phoebe in 2014, Jessica served as the Senior Director of Marketing for Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta, and as part of her 10-year tenure with Piedmont she also served as Director of Planning and Business Development at Piedmont Newnan Hospital in Newnan, Georgia. She started her career as Director of Marketing and Public Relations for East Georgia Medical Center in her hometown of Statesboro, Georgia.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia Southern University and is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the University of Georgia. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Hospital Associations’ Society of Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations, the Board of Directors for the Albany Museum of Art and is on the Strategic Planning Leadership Team for the Southwest Georgia Regional Commission.

Jessica and her husband, Craig, have four children.
