Anna Rentz, FNP

Anna Rentz joined the Phoebe Family in 1991 as a volunteer while in nursing school. In 1992, she was hired as a nurse tech on the Cardiovascular Surgical floor and later moved to the OR, where she spent seven years assisting cardiovascular surgeons.  

Anna earned her family nurse practitioner degree from Albany State University in 2009. In addition to being a certified nurse practitioner, she is also a certified registered cardiovascular technologist. Throughout her entire career, Anna has worked with heart patients and says that the heart is her passion.

She is grateful for the ongoing mentorship and guidance from her collaborating physician, Dr. Fran Herrbold.
