Andy is a 34 year old commercial lines insurance producer with Fleming & Riles Insurance and was born here in Albany, GA. He began CrossFit at Phoebe in May of 2015 just after the program began. After being introduced to the methodology of CrossFit, he has become L1 certified and helped the coaching staff with their goal of offering quality instruction to PCF members.
