Pursuing CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification

Faryn began CrossFit in March 2016 when Phoebe CrossFit opened its doors and hasn’t stopped since! After competing in her first competition that same year, Faryn has jumped head first into making Phoebe CrossFit a true benefit for the Phoebe Family. Prior to joining CrossFit, Faryn attended many other classes HealthWorks has to offer as well as weight-lifting. When Faryn is not in the gym, she serves as the Stroke Coordinator for the Phoebe Main and North Campuses and lives in Lee County with her husband Jake and darling daughter Kennedy.
