Pursuing CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification

Merritt Logan is a 45 year old speech therapist. She has been an avid CrossFitter for the past 6 years. She enjoys competing in CrossFit events and has participated in many around the South East, including an appearance at the CrossFit Regionals as a team member in 2012. Merritt is actively pursuing her Level 1 Trainer certification.

Our CrossFit coachers are committed to helping each participant reach his or her fitness goals.
