Ask your doctor for a referral to the Phoebe Sleep Center and we will assist you in gaining an appointment with one of our sleep physicians for a timely consultation.

Most insurance companies recognize the impact of sleep disorders on your health. The Sleep Center will assist you in working with your insurance company to determine benefits.

TO MEREDYTH PLACE FROM THE MAIN CAMPUS:

Go West on 3rd Avenue. Continue to follow 3rd Avenue crossing Slappy Blvd. Continue on 3rd until you get to the next traffic light after Slappey which is Dawson Road. Turn right onto Dawson. Proceed approximately one mile to Meredyth Drive. Turn left onto Meredyth Drive and go approximately 6/10ths of a mile. Meredyth Place is the gray four story building on your right.

TO MEREDYTH PLACE FROM PHOEBE NORTHWEST:

Exit the parking lot of Phoebe Northwest heading north on Dawson Road. Proceed one-half mile to the next traffic light. At the traffic light is Meredyth Drive. Turn left onto Meredyth Drive and proceed approximately 6/10ths of a mile. Meredyth Place is the gray four story building on your right.

TO PHOEBE NORTHWEST FROM HIGHWAY 82:

On Highway 82, enter Highway 19 (Liberty Expressway) either from Oglethorpe Blvd. or Clark Avenue. Go approximately 8 miles until the road forks. At the fork follow the road to the left which will take you over the bridge. You will be on Dawson Road. Go approximately 1 mile past the Albany Mall (on the left) to Meredyth Drive (on your right). Turn right onto Meredyth Drive and proceed approximately 6/10ths of a mile. Meredyth Place is the gray four story building on your right.
