Phoebe Sumter Foundation strives to inspire the generosity of a caring community with opportunities to improve lives through better healthcare. Since 1984, Phoebe Sumter Foundation has raised funds to support healthcare within Sumter County. Projects have included building the new hospital, creating the Mattie H. Marshall Cross Country Trail, developing the Gail Hooks Memorial Garden and many other much needed resources to improve healthcare throughout Southwest Georgia.
