Preparing for Your Visit

When you prepare to visit Phoebe's Wound & Hyperbaric Center:

• Call for an appointment, a physician referral is not necessary except for the hyperbaric chamber.
• Bring a list of any allergies you have, and bring a list of all medicines including over the counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are taking.
• Bring your medical records (if available), insurance cards and photo ID.

If you have diabetes, please bring any medications you are currently taking; you may also bring a snack with you as your initial visit will take some time.
